Frequently Asked Questions

1. I installed the plugin but do not see any video! A. Please try again and wait for some time. In order to ensure you get continuous high-quality video once video starts to play, we have delayed the startup time. If waiting does not help or if video takes more than 6-7 seconds to start, please leave us feedback. Firefox on Windows users, please also see Question 3 below.

2. Video is choppy or keeps playing and freezing! A. This is most likely happening because you do not have sufficient speed. You need atleast 1.5 Mbps internet connection to watch this live video stream (i.e. higher-tier DSL or cable internet connection or better). Even if you have a good broadband connection, there may be network issues beyond your or our control that can cause this. You can try again or leave us feedback.

3. I get audio but video is distorted or is absent! A. If you are using Firefox on Windows, you are likely missing a necessary browser plug-in for Firefox to work with Windows Media Player (default windows media player plugins that come with the operating system need update). Please follow directions at firefox knowledgebase for obtaining the updated windows media player firefox plugin. If this fails and the next question does not help, please leave us feedback.

4. For more information about Conviva plugin or for plugin installation problems or issues not covered above. A. See Conviva's FAQ.

5. How do I increase video to full-screen? A. On Windows double-click on the video (press ESC to go back). For Mac, see next question.

6. How do I increase volume on Mac? A. Hover mouse over the video to see volume, full-screen and other controls on Mac.
